Dillard is an anointed woman of God who has a heart for God, ministry, and people. The call of God is evident in her life. Known for her vocals, passion and empowering stance, Dr. Dillard has been faithful in ushering the people of God in Praise and Worship. She is making tremendous impact in her state and community and has founded Purposeful Women, an empowerment organization that has hosted yearly retreats and seminars locally for women.

A trailblazer in every sense of word, Dr. Dillard is the proud mother of two beautiful children, Jaliah and Jarmal Floyd and resides in Fort Pierce, Florida.
